Phil Soloninka is an experienced performance and mindset coach who is focused on helping individuals, teams, and organizations in finding and reaching their full potential.

With 10+ years of management experience in the government contracting space and 8+ years serving in the military, Phil has developed the skills and passion for personal growth and has the unique ability to inspire and motivate others to reach their goals.

Phil’s coaching approach and methodology is based on a combination of Co-Active and Mindset coaching. He helps clients identify their strengths, gain clarity on their goals and priorities, and provides a roadmap for achieving them. Phil offers a supportive and empowering environment that helps clients on the path to their desired outcome.

Throughout his career, Phil has worked with a wide range of clients internationally, including executives, athletes, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and veterans. He has a proven track record of helping clients improve their performance, increase their confidence, and achieve their goals.

Phil is a certified coach through the Co-Active Training Institute and the International Coach Federation, sits on the board for ICF as the Membership Director for the Austin chapter and is passionate about helping other coaches within the community get engaged, launch their businesses, develop new strategies and grow. He produces and hosts ICF Austin Coaching Convos, which interviews and highlights coaches local to the Austin area. He also facilitates Virtual Coaching Conversations, a space for coaches to connect, converse, and learn with and from other coaches.

When he’s not coaching, Phil enjoys being outside in nature whether its hiking, paddle boarding or hitting the dog park with his three pups. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and staying physically active. He’s committed to helping his clients reach their full potential and live a fulfilling life.
